    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I have a question regarding bus tickets. I would like to buy two tickets from Prague to Berline. On the website it says that railway tickers need to be delivered to the consumer before departure by DHL or other services, or picked from the office. Is it the same with the bus tickets? I'd like to buy them for 6th of February and currently I am not in Czech Republic.
