        I am your client all the time from your agency in Switzerland bern to Slovakia,

        I am in Trnava city in Slovakia but i am so sorry the last week i was forget my small bag in Bern in my friend house,

        Please can you advice me how i can get my small bag by your agency from Bern to Trnava ? by hand of driver of bus or how please ?i will pay also how much the price!
