    I'm traveling from Prague to Berlin, my only worry is I've got luaggage with me, is there any porters on the platforms to help out?

      I don't think there are any porters, maybe the conductor could help, he's always outside giving advises to people.

      Or if you use our transfer service the driver will help you (put the request into the comments field when ordering).
