Can someone advise the best way to get to the Theresien Memorial from Prague
via train? I don't mind walking from the station to the camp memorial.
Thank you.

Actually there is no train going to Terezín so you will have to use the bus.
The bus for Terezín go from the bus station Praha
Holešovice

Hi Pavel, Thanks for your reply. About 10 years I did take a train to a
station a few miles from Terezin, and walked a good distance to the camp site.
I am trying to give directions for a friend to do the same thing. Is there a
small rail station 3–5 miles from the camp site?

Ron, you are right. There is close station in a village called
Bohušovice nad Ohří. The trains go either from Praha hl.n. (at least
every hour during the day, journey takes 1h) or from station Masarykovo
nádraží. (but the trains from here are slower, 1h35min).
And it's not so far walking, about 2.5 miles – see the route on map

Hello. Thank you for the message. A bus stops in front of the memorial. The train stops almost
4 km away from the memorial.
