urgent request of information - Train from Krakow to Prague (railway)

I bought 3 tickets from Krakow to Prague for the overnight train for 3 people, coucettes included for 7th Augustn that I received at home in my country. Now I urgently need to take the day train from Krakow to Prague on the same day, 7th August that leaves 8.OO a.m because I must be in Prague that day. What can I do? I am in Krakow now. Please tell me if there is any possibility to change the ticket here or what I can do.

Dear customer, thank you for contacting us. If I understand you correctly, you need to travel a few hours earlier. Well, the tickets are still valid. All you need to do is go to a train station and buy seat reservations for the day trains. The bed reservations you already have will expire – they are non-refundable. Kind regards Pavla

If the bed reservations are cancelled at a train station and stamped, they should be able to return them to your office for a partial refund.

Dear customer, in order to receive refund from us you would have to return them before the departure date. Which you will not be able to do. But you can also show them at the main train station in Prague at the ticket counter, but I cannot guarantee anything. Kind regards Pavla
