    Dear manager\r\nThank you for the great help\r\nI booked in the Phoniex train from Prague to Amstrdam\r\nI have the ticket with me.. But i want to use it from Berlin to Amstrdam, because\r\nI decided to visit Berlin in the early morning of the\r\nDeparture day to leave it at night using my already booked \r\nTicket in Phoniex train.. So can you advice me whether that is possible or not ?\r\nThank you

      Dear Mr. Mahmoud, thank you for contacting us again. Unfortunately we cannot change the ticket, nor cancel it. It is not possible. You need to be on the train from Prague and check in the ticket, otherwise it will not be valid. so you cannot use it for travelling from Berlin. You have 2 options: 1) travel from Prague as planned, 2) buy a new ticket from Berlin to Amsterdam. Kind regards Pavla
