      Dear customer, you booked regular ticket, not an e-ticket. Please, double-check your spam folder. There should be an order confirmation. Kind regards Pavla

        Thank you very much, yes i've recived a order confirmation, so do i print it as the ticket?? because i can't pickup the ticket for some reason, what can i do?

          Dear Jing LI, you need original of the ticket. Only a copy or printed confirmation is not enough. We have it clearly stated in our terms and conditions. If you cannot pick up the ticket, we can arrange a taxi to the train station for you and the driver would give you the ticket. You would have to pay additional fee for the taxi (about 5 EUR – depends on where is your hotel). Another option is cancellation of the tickets (refund is 80% of the ticket price).
