Dear Sir or Madam,\r\n\r\non Wednesday, 19th of March, I purchased a ticket
at the station from Budapest and on my way to my destination in Slovakia I had
to change trains in Nove Zamky. The train I took from Budapest was late, so
I could not catch my connection and had to pay a bus. That means I lost
9,40 € which I paid in advance for my connection and couldn\'t use. To whom
do I have to address to get a refund? Thank you very much in

you should contact the company from which you bought the tickets (a travel
