Hello, \r\n\r\nhave you cancelled the bus for prague this morning ? \r\nWe came to 5:30 am this morning and we didnt find you. We spend one hour in the nepliget station without resultat: \r\nThere are no information network, nobody from the agencie, nobodys in the phone, the information desk was closed and people didn t heard about you. We ask to the drivers of other compagny, no one knows where you are. \r\nI am really not happy, it s the second time for us. Orange ways cancelled yesterday their bus, i booked with you and no car in the station. Whats going on ? I try to contact you to change my ticket for the bus in the afternoon: Nobody on the phone !!!So now, i have a booking with eurolines thi afternoon but i would like an explanation for this morning. \r\n\r\nIt s a awful day, because I spend my time to book with you, i spend my night in my hotel because I woke up at 4h30 and i waste my leisure in prague because we are going to arrive at 11 pm !!! And I have to wait 2 hours the opening of the hotel to write my mail ! \r\nSo I would like my money back because we are not here this morning ! \r\n\r\nThank you for your answer \r\n\r\njc and lucie
