    Hi, I have just received my e-tickets (we are three people) and, as I decided not to choose our seats during the purchase, I\'d like to know how to proceed in this case: should we ask the ticket conductor about it or we can choose any avaible seat on the train? Thank you.

      Dear customer, you bought seat reservations and the system chosen them for you. You should have received the tickets by now, or you can download them thanks to the link in the email summary of your order. The 4th ticket you have is a reservation of seats valid for all the 3 passengers. Kind regards Pavla

        Dear Pavla, I just want to suggest that it could have a language option for the ones like me who don`t speak German. It was not easy for me to understand the information in the seat ticket. To say the truth I only can understand the seat number and I sure it is not enough based on the fact that there is much more information there. Thank you.

          Dear customer, the e-tickets are not ideal. We only re-sell them for the Czech railways. You may want to write them your opinion at info@cd.cz. Kind regards
