    Hi There,\r\n\r\nI would like to get the train tickets delivered to someone in Poland, they are the owner of an apartment I will rent. I see this instruction here: \r\n\r\n6. Can you deliver the tickets to an apartment I rent in Europe?\r\n\r\nYES. It is no problem if the apartments have a reception desk. Still, you should inform the staff about it. If there is no reception desk, we recommend delivery to an office of the manager / landlord / owner. Do not forget to write us their telephone number.\r\n\r\nHo­wever I am not sure where I can write their name and telephone number in the delivery details? Also for this do I choose the option deliver to a european hotel or deliver to an address in europe?\r\n\r\nT­hank you \r\n\r\nNicole

      Dear Nicole, thank you for the comment.

      • You can choose „home address“, in that case write the land lords name, next to the street address. In this case the tickets will be sent immediately.
      • Or if you choose „hotel“ address, write the name of the owner in the hotel name column and your as the guest name. In this case the tickets will be stored in our office and sent close to the arrival/check-in date.

      In stead of your telephone write there the telephone of the owner and his/her email. Kind regards Pavla
