Hello! I am a wheelchair user. Can I get on this train if I cannot walk?
I\'d like to buy a ticket for this train and pay for it in Ukraine. Is it
possible only to pay online or can I buy it in an international railway ticket
office?

Dear Tanja, thank you for the message. Unfortunately this train is not
accessible for wheelchairs. Other day trains have ramps, but this train does not
have it. You would have to travel during day and change trains twice in Katowice
and Ostrava. Kind regards Pavla

Thank you for swift reply, Pavla! I have another question: is it possible to
buy tickets on the spot right before I take the train or should I better book
them in advance?

Dear Tanja, if you wanted assistance with getting on/off the trains then you
need to book in advance. The assistance have to be ordered before the trip.

I will be in Krakow on October, 27th or 28th. So when do I have to book the
tickets? (In Netherlands it is required to call and inform the personnel
3 hours before my train). Please, forgive me my persistence. And thank you for
being helpful

Hello, in the Czech republic the limit is 24 hours. But if we arrange this
for our customers, it sometimes takes about a week or more to get reply from
both sides – the Czech and Polish. Kind regards Pavla
