    Hi,

    I booked a bus from Prague to Copenhagen on April 2nd for 2 persons, but I haven't received a confirmation, and it's not in my spam or any other folders! Please help me as soon as possible.

        Yes, Im quite sure; it said the payment was successful. It was a reservation for me and Noha Zidan.

            Hi, This is exactly the problem I'm reporting; I got no confirmation mail. That was on March 22nd between 09:53 and 10:24.

              Hello I checked orders that came in the next 24 hours and yours is not there. Can you check your bank account and give me all the details that are connected to the payment (date, time, amount, Id number)? I will forward them to our accounting department. Pavla
