We have made reservations to bus from Prague to Munich tomorrow at 2:15pm but
we have to check out of our hotel by 11am. Do you have lockers that we could
check our luggage? We didn't recieve a confirmation email but the credit card
company told us it went thru and gave us a confirmation number 02759Z. Thank you

confirmation numbers are different. I think you bought the tickets from
someone else.
Either way, there is left luggage counter at the main train station. Kind

The reservation was under my brothers name and credit card thru this website,
his name is Jeffery Vargo. He called his credit card company and they showed a
pending charge of €64.00. Please advise… His email address is retiredranger@live.com.
He checked his spam email and no confirmation there. Please email him with how

Hello, if the payment is pending that means that we did not receive the
order. The payment have to be successful for us to receive the order. I would
recommend to cancel the payment with bank and to buy new ticket – in person

We are at the main train station and need a place to put our luggage. I can
not find the left luggage counter. Please advise where we should go to drop off
luggage. We would like to shop and not carry our luggage please and
