We have made reservations to bus from Prague to Munich tomorrow at 2:15pm but we have to check out of our hotel by 11am. Do you have lockers that we could check our luggage? We didn't recieve a confirmation email but the credit card company told us it went thru and gave us a confirmation number 02759Z. Thank you very much! Michelle Resos

Dear Ms Resos,I did not find any order connected to your name or email. Our confirmation numbers are different. I think you bought the tickets from someone else.

The reservation was under my brothers name and credit card thru this website, his name is Jeffery Vargo. He called his credit card company and they showed a pending charge of €64.00. Please advise… His email address is retiredranger@live.com. He checked his spam email and no confirmation there. Please email him with how we should handle this situation. Thank you so much!

Hello, if the payment is pending that means that we did not receive the order. The payment have to be successful for us to receive the order. I would recommend to cancel the payment with bank and to buy new ticket – in person or on-line Kind regards Pavla

We are at the main train station and need a place to put our luggage. I can not find the left luggage counter. Please advise where we should go to drop off luggage. We would like to shop and not carry our luggage please and thank you.
