    Hi I hava the isic card with me and i booked the bus from vienna downtown to prague bus terminal. But i did not see the isic discount 15% deducted from the price.. So not all bus routes offer discount？

      Hello, you chose a connection with price 9.9 €. This is special very discounted rate. But does not have any other other discount for ISIC or any age. Normal ticket with ISIC discount would cost even more. In the booking form you see always the lowest prices possible. Kind regards Pavla

        Hello,i will go from Prag to Vienna. I am Erasmus student and i have ISIC card and also i am under of 26 years, so i would like to get ISIC discount.         I wrote above email to RegioJet company fisrtly on the facebook, but they didn't reply to me for long time. So i told them this:

        „On your website to send a message to director doesn't work, people can not down on page to see the board of director message and also you don't have any urgent questions pages. you don't have any informations how to get vochuer code. Just you wrote how to get ISIC card. If someone has ISIC card, he/she would want to learn how to get vochuer code. They don't care about card, they care vochuer code. But unfortunately you don't have any informations about that. How company are you?! ıf you still countinue to do like that, you will lose face as a company. Take care of your informations. Do add the more explanation.. Also it seems that you answer to people in a few hours on your facebook page. But i submitted a message many hours ago. You don't still answer to me. I am still waiting for many hours.. What kind of European company are you?! Really poor.. “

          Dear atessmervee@gma­il.com. Thank you for the message. Unfortunately, we do not issue any voucher codes. If you have an ISIC card, you can simply book your ticket. The passenger type is ISIC. You will show your ISIC on the bus along with your ticket. Kind regards, Pavla
