Hello, unfortunately I cannot find any order connected to the number. Can
you double-check your bank account? Were the money deducted? If yes, are you
sure they did not returned in the next 24 hours?
If the payment was not successful you will have to order again. If it was,

Thank you. I have spoken with Joska and we were able to determine that the
payment was not made. He helped me to reserve a place on another bus and that
payment has been made and I have my e ticket. so all is well.
