Hello My name is Mikyeong Kim and I'm from South Korea. I'm writing this letter becausw something really bad happened to me. Today I and my friend bought metro tickets at Muzeum station but didnt stamp it. We didn't know that we needed to stamp. We stopped at Mustek and a guy working there asked us to show the tickets. We did. But he said we didnt stamp the tickets so we had to pay 800 czk each. I was trying to tell him that we didnt know and we had tickets purchased. He speaks English but he didnt listen to us and kept saying „pay 800 czk now“ I wanted to go to Police station but he said „if you go to the police staion, you have to pay 1500 czk“, threatening us. We paid 1600 in total then we figured out that we needed to pay 50 each for the penalty. We have receipt of the fine but I saw him put the money in his wallet. There were 3 workers at the office. I'm really mad that they all were trying to get my money. I want my money back. It's not a language problem between us and them. Because he also checked our tickets. This is awful. It shoudn't happen again.

It happened 12/08/2016 Between 8:30–8:50 at Mustek station If nessesary, I can send pictures of tickets and fine receipt.

Hello. We are private travel agency selling mainly international tickets. We are not the Prague public transit company. Their contact form for complaints: http://www.dpp.cz/…acts/podnet/. Kind regards Pavla
