    Hi there

    I booked a seat reservation for the bus from Munich to Prague on Sunday 11/9 at 10.15am. I've been charged the reservation fee but hVent received the confirmation emajl. I have checked junk folders etc. can you please send this to me? Thanks Caitlin

      there is no order related to your name/e-mail in our system. You probably booked with different company..
