Hello, I will be travelling around Europe with 4 other friends by train
with an InterRail pass (http://www.interrailnet.com/countries)
and I would like to know if we have to pay an extra price even if we have this
pass. Also i would like to know if it is possible to reserve our tickets now
and get the tickets in a train station so that we don't have to pay the 30€
delivery charge. Thank you for your answer.

Hi, we do not accept interrail pass, I am afraid. You can avoid 30 EUR fee
by purchasing tickets personally at the train station.

That's crap, of course you can travel with your InterRail Pass in Czech
Republic! I did last year Vienna – Praha – Berlin without a problem, no
reservations or extra costs! (ok, with a night train a reservation may be
needed)

and where did you purchase these train tickets? Actually at the counter they
will tell you that they accept IN card only.

I bought my InterRail Pass on the internet. I actually didn't speak to
anyone on the counter in Prague. But the train staff was friendly and didn't say
anything about my Pass.

There you see – in Czech Republic you really can travel with bigger
discount if you are holder of In Card, we do not accept other passes. You may
e.g. get discount through Rail Europe which is US travel agency but now with the
Czech ones. In fact, tickets are cheaper if buying them with us or directly at
the train station.

Nelly out of the context, re-read information, you can get tickets via
Interrail but not seat reservation nor sleeper train reservation.

„Hi, we do not accept interrail pass, I am afraid.“ – You've just
said that you don't accept InterRail Pass, and about bigger discounts on some IN
Card holder – clearly no idea whatsoever! Ooooh and thank you for that kind
of info! Very confusing!

Ok, let me explain. There is just one type of discount available for holders
of IN Card only (IN Karta). Czech Railways do not provide discount on this pass.
If you want to take e.g. night train, you will need to purchase bed coupe, berth
or another sleeper compartment additionally. With InterRail Pass you can only
book train ticket for any international destination but without seat
reservation. InterRail pass also does not apply for domestic routes. Is it more
clear now?
