When it says ‚Any Czech railway ticket having ticket issued to / from the
station Praha letiště‘, does this mean I could use a ticket for the
13.06 bus at 15.06, for example?

I'll give an example: you are travelling from Prague (Praha hl.n. – Main
railway station) to Brno. When buying the train ticket you say at the counter
that you want the ticket from „Praha letiště“ – this will be a bit more
expensive than from Praha hl.n. but you will be allowed to use the AE (Airport
express bus).
