    I ordered 2 tickets. The Departure time: 8. July 2017 16:48. The order no:500940514972204. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it because YUN HUANG lost her bag and all the travel documents such as passport and ID and the wallet in Munich today, so we have to stay in Munich because the visa issues and go to the police station to report this tragic encounter.

    Can I ask for the cancellation and the refund? Yun Lin.

      thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately now is so late, a cancellation is not possible…

      According to our terms a cancellation is possible only min. 24 hours before depart…
