        I'm writing to suggest some improvements in the luggage locker experience in Brno railway station.

        Contactless card payment is available for some lockers, but for others 100 crowns are needed- just in 10 or 20 coins. No change machine in sight.

        I was there with a group of 13 students on August 27, and the lady in the exchange office at the station refused to help, suggesting we went to the shops. A lady at the ticket desk changed 100 crowns, the others two refused.

        In the end we managed to find 400 crowns in coins thanks to kind shopkeepers, but we wasted a lot of time and energy.

        A changing machine would help, and a more helpful attitude by your staff is needed.

        Brno is a beautiful city, a stress-free approach for train travelling tourists will improve their experience and their feedback back home!
