If I am reading correctly two first class tickets from Prague to Vienna would be 164 Euro and a private car from door to door for the same trip is only 67 Euro more. Is that correct?

Yes, if you are group of 4 it would be even cheaper for a person.

Actually Prague – Wien 1st class train tickets for two would cost 140 EUR. If booking a sleeper, you the price for two would be 160 EUR.

To be clear: The car would pick us up from our hotel in Prague and deliver us to our hotel in Vienna? What kind of car/driver (comfortable ride/professional driver)? Are there ANY other expenses associated with taking the private car?

Car would pick you up from your hotel and take you to any desired place in Vienna. We use VW Caravelle and Toyota Hiace cars. Drivers are professional and English speaking. No further expenses regarding to petrol or shuttle service, of course if you wish to stop for an hour somewhere, this would be also charged as a waiting time.
