    Two elderly people need asssistance in transferring from RJ 865 Arriving Salzburg from Innsbruck to RJ 65. Salzberg to Wein.. We have only 6 min in which to make the transfer and are unfamiliar with the Salzburg station. Apparently we have to change tracks/trains.
