Train ticket for a group - Book night train Krakow

Hallo I am taking a group of tourists from South Africa in August 2012 to East Europe. On 15 August we have to travel by night train from Krakow to Prague. R402. We are 61 people and would like to travel 2nd class. I do see that the price per ticket is Euro41 ? We can be accommodated in 6 and 4 bed sleepers. Do i add the Euro 10 and Euro15 on to the ticket price. Can you please let me know what the next step will be to make the reservation. In Krakow we arrive on 12August and will stay in the Atlantis Hostel .

Dear Klaus, in your case is necessary to make booking in advance otherwise you will not be able to find spots for 61 people. As tickets can be bought maximum 60 days in advance, please feel free to make an order on 13th of June. No problem to put you on 6p and 4p sleepers. Train tickets will be mailed to your hostel or we can send them to any address in South Africa. I will also be able to offer discount for your group. Note as well that children up to 12 pay half fare for train ticket (bed price remains however the same). Children up to 5 travel for free.
