your management review the booking system which is not very

The reason is that the trains are actually run by a monopolistic state-owned
company whose management is very ineffective. By providing our ticket service we
try make it at least a little bit more usable for foreign visitor. But making
changes in the current system (which is more than hundred years old) is very
difficult and it is a matter of a very long term.
