Details: 2 return tickets for Overnight Sleeper from Prague → Krakow:

Departure: Tues 11 Sept 2012, 20:17
Return: Fri 14 Sept 2012, 21:54

Since then I have not received ANY confirmation emails, you have not responded to my repeated email requests for confirmation of the tickets and your telephone number does not get answered.

Unless you contact me immediately with confirmation (or not) that the tickets are legitimately booked, I will inform my bank to reject the transaction and make my feelings known on your company on Tripadvisor and many other travel blog sites (eg- http://www.tripadvisor.in/…Bohemia.html).

Please respond immediately.

Nor the tickets for the routes and dates that you mentioned. Are you sure the payment was sucessful? Sometimes the payment is deducted and hen refunded within 48 hours back to your account.
