You have to be holder of IN card, otherwise no.

What is an „IN“ card? And where can I get one? Do you know the cost? Thank you.

In card is a card for domestic rides, so its valid for residents of CZ. You will be able to get it directly at the counter. We do not offer IN cards.

I am not a resident of CZ so then am I still able to buy the card(s) at the counter? Thank you

Do not think so. But ask at the train station.
