      dear Ms. Ma,

      we sent to you about 5 e-mails to both of your addresses, that there is a problem with the order:

      this email is to inform you, that your order of four private cabins for in total 11 people cannot be fulfilled as requested. The remaining availability on the train is:

      • one last 2nd class cabin (for two or three pax)
      • two last 1st class cabins (for two or three pax)
      • several 4pers couchette cabins

      Please consider these options and let me know, if you want to:

      1. take any combination of these
      2. cancel+issue full refund instead

      Please note, that the availability is very limited and changes=decreases rapidly. we apologize for this inconvenience and look forward to hearing from you soon.
