Luggage

  • 1 x hand luggage (up to 20×30×40 cm) – is transported for free
  • Luggage bigger than 30×60×80 cm or heavier than 25 kg, or animals are not transported
  • Oversized luggage (packed and folded bicycles up to size 35×80×140 cm,) may be transported after previous reservation

Cancellation terms

Changes of tickets are not possible.

Cancellation fees:

  • more than 48 hours before the departure – cancellation fee is 25 % of the ticket price
  • 24 – 48 hours before the departure – cancellation fee is 40 % of the ticket price
  • less than 24 hours before the departure cancellation is not possible.
