    I have sent multiple emails over the past month to the address on this website, inquiring whether I received the correct train tickets in the mail, but have not received any responses. How do I get a hold of someone that can answer my questions?

      Dear Dave, I replied to all your emails. My emails may be in your spam.

      As to your tickets, please, do not worry. They changed the class numbering this year. Instead of 1st class, they now write the „DELUXE“ under your bed number 32 on the reservation. And in the class column on the reservation you have *. The railways also decided that all cabin types can be sold with 2nd class tickets. That is why you have 2nd class written on your tickets. It is still the same cabin as the last years 1st class – with a private shower and toilet. The „01 SINGLE“ on your reservation means a private cabin for 1 passenger. You have the best type of sleeper cabin on the train.
