Hi I booked tickets last night from Berlin to Prague ref:6–3108–368. I have downloaded the ticket and it says the cost of ticket is €24 Euro each plus another document ref:6–3108–501 which states €6 Euro each. I have just looked at my bank statement and it says there will be £84.40 GBP (€94) taken from it. I am asking what the other €30 Euro is for. Looking forward to hearing from you. Kim McCready

Dear Kim McCready, thank you for the message. Generally speaking, the prices, which appear on the tickets are not the same as the price you paid to us. Our price includes handling/administrative fee per passenger. These fees cover our expenses (railway, bank and booking fees, taxes, etc.). However, I can see that my colleague processed your order and entered a refund of 8 EUR for you.

      Kind regards Pavla
