    There was an issue with my email address and I did not receive my tickets. I went to Regio at Prague train station and I emailed cz-rail. None of them could find my name or ticket. 321592284441307 was the booking number. I’ve had to rebook and pay for new tickets. Is some refund available? Jacqueline Fox

      I see that we sent all tickets on time to your email… According to your request, a cancellation your tickets was done, according to our cancellation terms and 43 EUR will be refunded to your account within 3–4 business days.
