I am trying to find out the best way to travel from Vienna to Trebon on
March 18. If I book a train to Prague will it stop in Trebon? Or is it cheaper
if I find a ticket that only goes to Trebon? Thanks for your help!

Actually there is no direct train from Vienna to Třeboň. You can travel by
local trains on the route: Wien Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof to Gmünd
NÖ, Gmünd NÖ to České Velenice and České Velenice to
Třeboň. Total journey time 3h 30min. See the exact connection here

Iona, you definitely will have to change the trains. And I think there is no
way getting the tickets on-line. But I'm sure you will be able to get the
tickets for the whole route at the train station in Vienna.
