I want to express my extreme discontent with your services, given the
address indicated on the website does not correspond with the location of the
Busterminal – spent an hour searching for the location to realize that the
street indicated has nothing do to with the actual location. As a result
– missed the bus and had my plans completely ruined. Very bad way to
advertize your services. Not sure I would ever want or would recommend to your
youe services again. Mere discontent.

I would recommend you next time to buy ticket in advance because the bus was
sold out and your name was not on the passengers' list!!!
The address ( Bus stop Wien, Busterminal Stadioncenter, Engerthstrasse ) we
have on our website is correct. Each of our buses has GPS location integrated so
if you are interested I can send you the proof that the bus was at the right
time on the right place.
I do not understand your complaint. You did not purchase the ticket and the
bus was sold out, there was no chance for you to get on this bus.
I am sorry for this bad experience but it was not our fault that you missed
the bus. Our service was perfect and professional. Next time please buy ticket
in advance.
