Dear Manager,

I am a tourist from Hong Kong. I would like to book a 2nd class train seat from Zagreb to Graz on 1 June 2015.

May I know if I can order and collect the ticket from Zagreb station when I arrive at Zagreb in late May? Or should I order the ticket and request home delivery to Hong Kong by post?

Please advise.
