    Hi, I've got the E-ticket of our 4-membered family, and we did make reservation for seats ; however, I cannot find out any seat information, could you help me figure it out?

      Hello,

      thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, we could not buy a seat reservation for you. Does not mean, that seat reservation is not available, only that we could not buy it online. You will be able to sit in the train ( 2 class wagons) on a free seats, or you can buy directly in the train a seat reservation. Money for seat reservation, already refunded to your account.

        No seat reservation? It's been quite a long time since I made the reservation, if I don't make any inquiry, I would never know this… Wish someone could tell me where your efficency is.

          Hello,

          thank you for reply. We sent you E-tickets on time. According to our terms : In the case that seat reservations cannot be purchased online, automatically the ticket can be bought on the train where a seat reservation isn't obligatory. Money spent on a seat reservation will be returned to the client.

          Email about re-fund we also sent you on 29/6…

          We do everything according to our terms and conditions.

          I think you will have no problem with sitting in the train..
