reservation for seats ; however, I cannot find out any seat information, could

thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, we could not buy a seat
reservation for you. Does not mean, that seat reservation is not available, only
that we could not buy it online. You will be able to sit in the train ( 2 class
wagons) on a free seats, or you can buy directly in the train a seat
reservation. Money for seat reservation, already refunded to your account.

In the case that seat reservations cannot be purchased online, automatically the
ticket can be bought on the train where a seat reservation isn't obligatory.
Money spent on a seat reservation will be returned to the client.
Email about re-fund we also sent you on 29/6…
We do everything according to our terms and conditions.
I think you will have no problem with sitting in the train..
