    Dear Madam / Sir: I have been trying to book a seat in a bus from Vienna /Schwechat Airport to Brno on Sunday 13 September 2015 at 10.00 AM, arriving in Brno at 12.30. Although there are now more than twenty seats free, I have not been able to book it. Please let me know how I can do it, especially in view of the fact that all the seats for later bus rides from Vienna to Brno have already been taken. I thank you in advance, Sincerely, Ivan Padjen
