Dear Czech transport, I have a ticket for Prague-Warsaw leaving tomorrow, returning on Monday. I am unable to travel and would like to return or exchange my ticket. What do I need to do for this?

I apologize, but train electronic tickets from/to Poland are not possible to change or cancel. You can see this information on the tickets directly (The cancellation fee is 100% of the ticket price).
I am so sorry, but if you would like to travel on another day, you must purchase the new e-tickets.
