General information: types of tickets+how to get them
- the tickets are the same for all means of transport
- the paper tickets can be obtained through us (see the table
and booking links below), at the ticket machines in metro stations and in many
tobaccos
- there are no electronic tickets to be bought
- the tickets are anonymous
- the tickets are flexible-you can start using them simply by
validating them
- the tickets can be used for as many rides as you wish within the
validity period

Validation of the tickets:
- the ticket is not valid unless you validate it. You need to validate your
tickets exactly once. Subway: before entering the subway,
buses and trams: right after getting on them.
Notes
- children 0 – 14 years old travel free of charge just
with their ID/passport as proof of age
- adults 15 – 59 years old
- seniors 60 – 64 years can use discounted tickets just
with their ID/passport as proof of age
- seniors 65 years and older travel free of charge just with
their passport as proof of age
Delivery types and charges
- Worldwide home/work address delivery (DHL). Cost €26–38 depending on
location
- Prague courier delivery to your hotel/hostel in Prague. Cost €15
