We have an east european pass and wanted to reserve the couchettes. is there no way we can not incur the charges of delivery, like pick it up from somewhere from you office or train station?

Please note that this pass is not valid in our countries, as we are not eastern Europe :) you can purchase tickets personally to avoid charges.

Our pass is for czech republic and four other countries including poland. Purchase them personally as in from the station itself or can we book them through you and collect it.

I am sorry but for Czech trains there is only one valid card for discount – IN card, we can purchase tickets for you but there is 30 EUR fee applied. However if travelling in a group 6+ you are eligible to get a significant discount.

For sure you can, but that does not mean that 30 EUR will not be applied.

By the way, is it compulsory to get a reserved seat/couchette/sleeper on this train if we have a pass.
