    Since I don't get any reply or email from you, pease cancel and refund my ticket. I checked my spam folder, there was no email from you. I have gone to Prague station and bought new tickets.

      Dear Audrey Phang, after making the order you received the order Id with this link (https://czech-transport.com/in­dex.php?…). You could download the tickets there. You wrote us the Id, in the comment before so you probably have it.

      Please, also note that according to our terms and conditional if you do not have the tickets, you have to contact us immediately, not at night before the departure. We cannot guarantee that we would see the email and reply in time. See our terms and conditions: „Customers who have not received e-tickets and have checked their SPAM are obliged to contact us immediately via: info@czech-transport.com. Czech-Transport.com is not responsible for claims received later than 24 hours before the departure or after the due date. Any travel expenses claims received after the e-ticket expiration will not be accepted and you will not be entitled to reimbursement for those expenses.“

      The tickets are nonrefundable and you can download them through the link above.
