me that they were sent, I still couldn't find them and spam folders were empty.
I had to buy new tickets at the train station. Can you please refund the

As you can see, we bought and sent E-tickets on time to the emails which you
wrote in your order. Also yesterday, I replied to your email and re-sent a link
with your e-tickets again to your email.
We do everything according to our terms and conditions, unfortunately now any
refund is not possible…
