WE are planning to be in Budapest on 15–05–2018 and wish to take night
train from Budapest to Prague on 16–05–2018. My questions are:
In a couchette do you provide beds with pillow and sheets.
I read that tickets can be collected from your office in Prague.Since
I will be boarding at Budapest, where from can I collect my tickets
personally.
If given a hotel/home address at Budapest, will you deliver the
tickets there.
Are there no E Tickets so that I can print ticket at home.

Dear Anup Kumar Mukherji, thank you for contacting us. Yes, you will have the
bedding, a pillow, and a sheet. Personal collection is available only in Prague.
We can send the tickets to your home, or to your hotel e.g. in Budapest.
There is a very small amount of e-tickets (they cannot be changed or
canceled) so we do not offer them on our website. The booking for both paper
tickets and e-tickets opens 60 days in advance. Please, get back to us in
March, we will double-check the e-ticket availability for you.
Kind regards Pavla

Dear Pavla, Thanks for the info that you provided me and I appreciate that.
WE are a group of 4 persons (2 couples) and are travelling together. As per our
programme we will take the night train from Budapest on 13–05–2018 for
Prague. My querries are:
as per your rule, which date do I exactly book my reservation for
4 persons.
On checking I find that there are sleeper cabins which accomodates two beds
where as the couchettes accomodate 4 or 6 persons. We wish to book the cabins
which probably are a little more comfortable. Tell me if the charges mentioned (
82 euro) for the cabin is for per bed or for the cabin ( ie 2 beds).
When do you suggest we should get in touch with you for making the
booking.
With regards and thanks Anup

Hello again,
- write me again on 15th March. We will be able to tell you if the e-tickets are
available.
- 82 EUR is for 1 passenger. The whole 2nd class cabin for 2 passengers costs
164 EUR.
- The cabin for 2 passengers – 1st class – with a shower and a toilet
would cost 196 EUR.
Kind regards Pavla

Hello Pavla, Hope this finds you in good cheers. As agreed, I am writing
back to you regarding our proposed trip from Budapest to Prague on
13–05–2018. We are 4 persons ( two couples ) and are looking at two economy
cabins, accomodating 2 in each cabin. While checking the time table last time
I found there was a train leaving Budapest at 20.15 and arriving Prague at
8.07 next morning. But while going through the time table today I find that
train missing. Instead there is a train leaving Budapest at 20.15 and arriving
Prague around 6.00 next morning. Has there been a change in the time table. We
would certainly prefer the first option. In either case I hope they are direct
trains not involving any change in the night. Request Pl get back so that now we
could book our tickets at the earliest. Thanks and regards Anup

Hello. You will see in the booking form for 13th May, that there are still
the 2 overnight trains. Do not worry, both are direct = no exchanges/transfers
in the middle of the night for you:-) You can book the train here: https://czech-transport.com/index.php?…
