my wife and I are travelling with our 3 year old kid. we have a lot of
baggage with us, 3 big travel bags plus kid stroller. Will it not be difficult
for us? does the train station have trolleys to put on our bags like what we
have in airports?

hi pavla. thanks for your reply. we will be departing from the prague main
railway station enroute to vienna. how can we get assistance with our luggages?
also, do you advise buying 1st class tickets from the station or booking it
through the internet? whats the difference between the accomodation of 1st and
2nd class couches?

Hi, at the station is 24 hour luggage storage (120 – 200 CZK a day) and
lockers, information services too. However there are no trolleys. During tourist
season it is always better to buy/book tickets in advance. We could deliver them
to you or you can pick them up in our office. 1st class is more comfortable, a
bit wider seats, electric sockets (eg. for notebooks), better service.
