Buying Bus Tickets - Bus stop at Prague main train station: DB bus (Wilsonova str.)

Hi !

Me and my group of friends of 4 are going to Prague and stay through from 21st May to 25th May. Is it too late to buy bus tickets during our stay in Prague to travel to Munich ??? Or its better to book on line to prevent bus tickets being sold out !!! Is scary not able to get bus tickets to go to Munich !!!
