hello, I m a visitor from China and planing to take the train from Krakow to Prague. I find the tickets sold by the website must be sent by international express.

I m worried about the express’s reliability. Would u email me the express order number for let me follow the express procedure? And If the express lost the letter, would u send a new ticket to me again?

Hello. You can book and buy e-ticket for the connection from Krakow to Prague. Or you can give me more details about your travel date and I will let you know. The express delivery is very reliable because we use FedEx or DHL. Delivery to major Chinese cities takes 2–3 business days. Ticket can be also sent to a hotel in Krakow.
