Dear Sir or Madam,

Upon receiving my e-tickets for the Aiport Bus I bought on your website I saw a mistake.

I asked for the a bus ticket FROM the AIPORT TO PRAGUE city center on September 27th and back FROM PRAGUE city center TO the AIRPORT on September 30th.

Unfortunately, I am very unhappy to see that the ticket says the contrary.

So could you please change my ticket DESTINATION :

Ticket number 1 : *6–4018–983

Name : VINCENT VIOLETTE 27/09 13h from PRAGUE CITY CENTER to the AIPORT

Ticket number 2 : *6–4019–120

Name : VINCENT VIOLETTE 30/09 15h30 from the AIPORT to PRAGUE CITY CENTER
