Hi, we would like to confirm that we just need to print out the paper ticket
at home and no need to collect any paper ticket even though we departed from
Budapest (Hungary) to Prague ?
Is there a probability for us to face the trouble of the Hungary officer who
not going to accept our self-printing train ticket?
Thank you.
Best regards Qiao Lee

hi, we haven't make our booking yet. as we need to be clear on the paper
ticket issue first.
is the pdf copy of train ticket acceptable if we board the train at Budapest
towards Prague?
because many people told us that a proper paper ticket is required if we
board train at Budapest. but your website mentioned that pdf copy is acceptable
to board the train. so we write in to clear our doubt and confusion.
thank you

Hi. In case of travelling by train, you will need to select paper ticket
because e-tickets on this route are not available. We recommend to get tickets
in advance as trains tend to be completely booked. The paper ticket can be
either sent to your home address/work address or to a hotel in Budapest. In case
of travelling by bus, the e-ticket is available for both directions (Prague
– Budapest – Prague).
