I have purchased two first class return train tickets from Prague to Krakow
to travel from 22–28 October at a total of Euro 276. I have received the
tickets sent to me by FEDEX. However, the cost that is printed on the tickets
totaled to only about Euro 72. Why is there such a huge difference? Do you
typically charge overseas customers by so much more when they purchase on line
in advance? Also, along with the tickets there was an instruction sheet, which
is clear and comprehensive. But it appears that our luggage is restricted to
only 3 pieces of small luggage that can fit the overhead storage. We have two
pieces of luggage each about 30×20×100cm in size as we are travelling to
Europe from Singapore hence the baggage to bring along. May we know if we need
to pay additional charges for these two large pieces of luggage? Thanks and
hoping to hear from you

Dear Keith Woon, thank you for the message. You did not count all tickets and
prices in both currencies. Either way, there is a booking fee included, it
covers the expenses that are not mentioned on the tickets.
Luggage: You can have the luggage that you described for no extra cost. You
will store it under/above your seat on the train.
